The OVI is derived from options volume, open interest and implied volatility. The OI component can only be updated end-of-day, so unfortunately the OVI cannot be intraday.
We have the OVI for the 2 main currency pairs the Dollar-Euro and Dollar-Sterling (Cable).

It's all about support/resistance TOGETHER WITH the OVI, you don't read the OVI on its own, but Guy will go through this in more detail in the webinar on 28/7/11.
I'm not sure the OVI will go with UK stocks and for the time being we won't go down that route because the liquidity is so thin. The OVI really needs good liquidity in the options data and so only probably 10-20% of UK stocks will be really useful with it...
